This website is intended for general public use and information as well as for the use of the Guernsey Bar itself. Its purpose is to give out information, not to gather it. Any email sent to the website will be acknowledged automatically in the first instance and then by the Bar Secretary who will attempt to answer the enquiry and make any appropriate referral. All such communications will be treated in confidence to the extent appropriate. The site is provided free of charge in the mutual interests of the public and the Guernsey Bar.
