The Guernsey Bar is committed to respecting equality, diversity and inclusion for the benefit of its members and the public. We seek to recognise and value difference in those we engage with and represent. We strive to create a culture of inclusion, mutual respect and equal opportunities within the legal profession in the Bailiwick of Guernsey.
The Guernsey Bar welcomes and promotes diversity within the legal profession and encourages members of the Guernsey Bar to embrace the values of diversity, inclusion and equality.

The equality, diversity and inclusion policy is fully supported by the Guernsey Bar Council.
This policy will be monitored and reviewed annually by the Guernsey Bar Council to ensure that we remain an inclusive profession that values equality, diversity and inclusion.
